The view is better than the pictures show. There's literally everything you need in the condo. And it's great that you can walk either down to the pier or to the bay.You're kind of right in between

Condo was clean. View of the beach/ocean was perfect. It had everything we needed, plus. Very nice location for everything we wanted to do. Little noise on the beach from environmental work, but wasn’t overbearing. Complex itself was quiet, which was amazing, given the amount of children around. Would certainly book again if/when we return.

we did no use the kitchen amenities, but they seemed to have everything. staying at the North Coast Village is a good place to be for the pre-race and race day event

We loved our stay at this condo during Christmas week. The location is perfect, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the living area is roomy and comfortable. The hostess was welcoming and very easy to communicate with. 5 Stars!

The host, Ms Ferguson, was very informative from the moment of booking to check out. If I had a question or comment, she responded in a timely fashion. Having underground parking is a plus. The condo was as pictured- nicely decorated with a balcony view of ocean. The grounds are well kept and tropical with pools and sitting area. Hoa that assists with rentals is welcoming and informative. Good selection for Oceanside-would stay again.

The condo was clean and worked perfectly for us. We went to bed every night to the sound of the ocean and woke to an amazing view. It is within walking distance to downtown, restaurants and the harbor. It was a great place to hang out in the evenings and relax.
