We had a great time at Alexandria’s place! Check in & checkout was easy. The condo was clean with a very comfortable bed & other furnishings, and we really enjoyed the great view from the balcony. You can’t beat the location! . Alexandria was very attentive and responsive. We couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work, but that could’ve been user error. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was great. Had everything we needed. Views of the sunset every night. Quiet location. My only wish was for air conditioning as it got quite warm in the afternoon but we went to the pool until it cooled off. Beach was very nice not crowded and just a few steps from the condo. Would highly recommend.

I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay. Although not often needed, I know that a/c would be great to have during those rare heat waves SoCal can experience. Sadly the complex was not designed to have a/c so it is not something we can add nor can anyone else in the complex. Luckily as you mentioned our proximity to the ocean helps and most evenings cool off quickly. I encourage guests who are surprised by our lack of a/c to be sure to include that in their search criteria as an amenity so that accommodations such as ours on the beach won’t be listed.

We absolutely LOVED this AMAZING ocean view condo. The location is steps from the beach which we enjoyed. The condo is located in a BEAUTIFUL gated community. The hottub was heated which was so enjoyable. WE LOVED this condo so much we booked again!!

Fantastic Accommodations!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We went at the end of October and the weather was perfect. The condo is pristine and has the best view to the beach and the harbor. Very clean and all the amenities you need for a great stay.
