Location cannot be beat. Steps to the sand. Zero traffic or train noise. The unit was a bit outdated and if one has knee issues, the toilet would be a problem as it is the shortest toilet we have ever seen. We asked for the carpet to be cleaned and it was spot cleaned, but it needs a good thorough cleaning. Unit is close to the elevator and that’s a good thing. We were there during the heat wave and appreciated the fans in the unit, but still left early because the unit was so hot.

The beach view is somewhat obstructed by other condos especially if you are on the first floor but second and third floor unit can see over the other condos to the beach. It was still beautiful and you could always hear the waves crashing. The pool and area around the pool were beautiful and kept immaculate. Would recommend highly.
