Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay! We were very good about keeping food in sealed containers or in the fridge but there was a night that we saw 3 cockroaches in the kitchen, however after using the Raid that was provided, we didn’t see them again. The portable crib was also a nice surprise when we got there and worked out perfectly since our daughter has a harder time with pack n play cribs. Overall, we would use this rental again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed here twice now, & it truly is a hidden gem. We love the location of the unit & the location of the property. Having teens they want to try all the coffee & donut shops, & want to just shop in general! Sunset market Thursday evenings blew us away, so many vendors!!! The morning farmers market was fantastic, too! We loved just being on the beach, but with everything so close we had the option to move things around. Can't wait! !!

I had a lovely stay. Three buildings back from the ocean. The grounds were amazing, lush plants, coy ponds and little bridges over the ponds. The staff were very helpful. My unit was great....kitchen well supplied with pots, pans and utensils. Very clean. I wish there had been carts available for my luggage, etc. I needed to make multiple trips back and forth to unload my car. I would stay there again...great value.

Tropical Paradise

Our condo was fantastic. It had everything we needed and was super cozy and beachy. It was a little hot in our condo. The fans helped alot. The condo had everything we needed and we just loved every minute of our stay. My only suggestion is better pillows they weren't the greatest but they worked :) we would definitely stay again

My teen girls and I LOVED this rental. It was today, cute and spacious. I enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the patio with the Hawaiian garden views. We did not hear the train at all. The rental came equipped with a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and kid toys for the beach. Just steps from the beach, close to the gym and pool. It was perfect for our girls trip! Had such a nice time!

Another great visit to northcoast

We enjoyed are stay a lot here. The unit is in a good quiet location within the resort. Some small details could be nicer for the final touches on the unit, but overall we were very happy with our stay. It was clean when we arrrived.

Perfect Getaway

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. The North Coast Village is the perfect getaway, especially for a family. The condo itself is super clean, spacious, and has everything you will need including a day at the beach! The bed in the main bedroom is super comfortable too. I will definitely be booking again!

Our stay was lovely. We were just concerned about the fireplace being on when we arrived with a small flame because we have small children. We were glad that one of us found it before the kids did. Everything seemed clean and cozy. One concern I had when leaving was that as I loaded the dishwasher, I noticed the cleaning pod from the previous load did not release, which means whichever dishes were in there before our arrival were not cleaned with soap. Then there were a few little things: one bathroom light was out, the heater light in the bathroom didn’t work, and you couldn’t turn on the bathroom light without the loud fan being on. However, we would gladly stay here again. It was a perfect location and size for our family.

Loved the property.. great location ! Had everything in the unit you could possibly think of plus.

The only negative was no fan in family room so had to go into bedroom to watch TV. Had a great fan that cooled to our liking.
