This beautiful ocean view condo is conveniently situated on the beach between the Oceanside harbor and pier. This is the perfect location for a couple’s getaway to enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waves or for a fun-filled family vacation.

Located in the private gated community of North Coast Village, the property is a tropical paradise unmatched in southern California. You’ll enjoy its beautiful landscape with ponds, waterfalls, birds of paradise, trees and ferns.

Southern California is known for its abundant activities and this area is no exception.
After you have enjoyed the beach you may want to take a stroll to the harbor. Paddle board, boat and jet ski rentals are available. You may also want to participate in a fishing trip or just shopping and enjoying one of the waterfront restaurants. A short walk down the pier there is fishing (no license required off the pier) or Ruby’s Diner.

This is a great location and property. Beach, harbor and restaurants are within walking distance. Condo was clean with plenty of amenities. The only issue we had was the television in the bedroom would not work. Otherwise, this was perfect. We will definitely book again.

Everything that was advertised, and more. Not only was the location great - walking distance to the peer and the marina, but the view was amazing. The condo was also stocked with everything that you could possibly want, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, putter for the putting greens that are on site as well as ping pong paddles and balls, much more than we expected, will stay again and send family members.
