The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check Out time is 11am. If you are checking out earlier, please let us know so we can coordinate with our cleaning team. Please shut off the Mini Split and put its remote control back on the wall.
Place any dirty towels on the floor of the laundry room. Take out any of your trash and wash dishes. Put beach equipment back in the owner garage and lock that garage back up.
Reviews are very important to us hosts. It can stop our business if we don't get good reviews. Please let us know in private remarks what we can improve on. My son and I thank you.

My son and I are local Realtors in Carlsbad and surrounding beach areas. I've been literally selling here in the village of Carlsbad for 35 yrs. We co-own this property together.
Why they chose this property
I've been living in Carlsbad since May, 1990. I absolutely love that it's not as congested of a city as other beach cities on the coast are. It's more of a small town feel. Walkability to theatre, train, bus, and wonderful restaurants and coffee shops is wonderful. I love walking out my door to walk the beach.
What makes this property unique
There are only about 50 stand a lone homes west of Pacific Coast Hwy. So being able to walk out the door and enjoy the beach and the village, makes this home even more desirable. There is a park across the street which lends itself for a lot more beauty as you sit inside the home and look out to the historic home across the street.
