The ultimate beach bungalow. 1 block from the beach, 5 blocks from Carlsbad Village. Completely remodeled interior. Huge back deck overlooking private and fully fenced large grass backyard. Parking for 3 cars off the street. Also, this house can be fully wheelchair accessible upon request. Ramp available for front steps, oversized 2nd bath has been designed universally with 36" door, large walk-in shower, pedestal sink, and grab bars in shower and next to toilet. Come enjoy the beach life!

Pet Policy:
Well-behaved and house-trained dogs allowed (maximum 2 dogs; no cats). Dogs must be at least one year of age, up-to-date on rabies and other vaccinations. Guests must pick up after pets and properly dispose of waste. Pet fee (non-refundable): $50 for first dog, $75 for second dog. Must provide details about dogs to owners prior to arrival.

Just Girls

My daughters and I loved staying in this perfect bungalow. We easily walked to the beach and the village, played ball with our dog out in the big back yard, and sunbathed on the deck. All 3 of us wished we had a house just like this one. It's sunny and roomy and the furnishings are comfy. Quiet at night. Well-equipped kitchen. Beach toys and chairs. Even yard games. A great place to have spent our vacation.

A little get away

We had a wonderful time! The house was quaint and spacious. Beach assess was amazing, one block! Also super close to shops, restaurants and the village. We walked to get dinner and lunch, and enjoyed all the views! The beds were super comfortable!, we had all we needed and it was Perfect get away! Thank you Kyle and Vanessa

Perfect location

Perfect location for all things Carlsbad! My family enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, short distance to the village and the large patio and backyard was a plus. Will definitely be back and would love to stay here again!

Great Beach Bungalow Close to the Beach

Overall, the house was as described in the listing. It has all the basics needed and is only a block from the beach. The backyard is great for kids and dogs. Also, the owner is also communicative and helpful as needed. The only mild disappointment encountered during our stay was in relation to the neighborhood, not the house itself - there are multiple active construction sites near the home making early morning noise a slight issue if you are looking to sleep undisturbed past 7ish AM. Other than that, all was well!

My family and I are originally from Seattle. We've been down in Carlsbad for a couple years now and simply fell in love with the area. It's a very laid back beach vibe and does not get super crowded around here like other parts of SoCal. And the locals are awesome! We are staying. :)

This property is the absolute perfect location. Close to beach, but not right on Coast Hwy. Walking distance to beach and Carlsbad Village for eating, shopping, or just taking a stroll.
