This location was amazing with off-street parking, an amazing backyard facing the ocean, it's steps from beach access, and the home had all the amenities we needed. It's a short drive from downtown Encinitas with some fantastic restaurants. We could not have been happier with our stay. The home was clean, the host was responsive and friendly, and we would gladly stay again if we're back in the area.

We had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend this property. The location was convenient, the host was responsive and easy to communicate with, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was especially great for kids and dogs, and we really enjoyed spending our evenings relaxing in the yard.The only downside was that the upstairs tenants could be heard very clearly, particularly in the early mornings when they were up and moving around. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but it's something future guests should be aware of.Overall, a wonderful stay with a great host and a property that met all of our needs.

My husband, two dogs and I spent 3 nights here in January. It was lovely and I will definitely consider going back to this rental. Pricing was good, the residence was clean, comfortable and quiet.This stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place

The location is phenomenal. There is a lookout over the beach with incredible sunset views just across the street. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance that are all amazing. The VRBO itself was very clean, beds were nice, place was spacious. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Leucadia.

Great spot. Inside was perfect with plenty of room. Outside was great for the dog. Access to beach to watch sunset and surfers was amazing. Short walk to various restaurants. Would definitely come back!

A lovely stay here. Very easy check in and check out procedures. Everything was as described. The owners have great communication and have left such a nice list of restaurants near by. Loved walking around and enjoying Leucadia. If you stay here I highly recommend using The Coaster to travel to downtown San Diego or Old Town.

Perfect Beach and Surf spot

Great location for walking to wonderful restaurants and excellent access to the beach. We enjoyed the people watching and sunsets from the big yard. This a great vacation spot for a family or couple.

Wonderful stay. The house was clean - comfy beds - well equipped kitchen Loved the location Right across - very small street - from a lovely beach Great for surfing or any other beach activities And it has a yard !! Will definitely come back. Highly recommend !
