Welcome to our charming 2 story 2-bedroom dual master 2 1/2 bath vacation home nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Leucadia, near Grandview Beach. Imagine yourself relaxing by the fireplace after a day of adventure, or enjoying a meal prepared in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary appliances. Unwind in the cozy living room or step outside in the private spacious backyard to soak up the sun on the outdoor furniture or enjoy your meals al fresco under the palapa. Rinse off in our outdoor heated shower after a fun day at the beach.
Indulge in the convenience of free WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and a smart TV with satellite/cable channels. For the little ones, there are games, toys, and a baby gate (upon request) to keep them safe and entertained. Two parking spaces out front.
Explore the nearby top attractions, including the renowned LEGOLAND® California, just a 13-minute drive away, the picturesque Moonlight State Beach just 4 minutes away, and the Carlsbad Premium Outlets, a 6-minute drive from your doorstep.
