Ambiance cottage et authentique pour cette ancienne maison de ferme située dans un fond de vallée, au calme, en pleine campagne de Rosnoën avec son vaste jardin bucolique, son ruisseau et sa végétation luxuriante. Une vue sur le Menez-Hom et située à l'entrée de la Presqu'île de Crozon de ses belles plages, à 20 minutes de Brest et Quimper.
Un lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, pour les amateurs de randonnées, cyclisme, pêche ou kayak sur l'Aulne à 500m de la propriété.
Moulin Caro est paisible et donc un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer et se connecter à la nature.
La maison comprend 3 chambres avec lit double, 1 salle de bains avec wc à l'étage, 1 pièce douche et wc au rdc, une cuisine très spacieuse avec une grande table de ferme, un salon cosy donnant sur la terrasse et le jardin.
Un joli penty en pierre est à votre disposition pour préparer vos barbecue dans l'ancienne cheminée et four à pain.

Idyllic location, very quiet and Cathy was very discrete and an excellent host. Well situated for reaching the crozon peninsula and bay of douarnenez. Lovely characterful house, we were delighted it remained in one piece after our kids had been through! Possibly more suited to 3 adult couples as one bedroom reached by a different staircase. The garden was great for the kids to play in, loved the barbecue room! Would fully recommend and we may well be back in the future….
