Ruhe und Erholung in der Hauptreisezeit

Obwohl mitten in der Stadt gelegen, genossen wir die Ruhe und haben uns optimal erholt. Besonders hervorheben kann man die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Eine einfache Unterkunft, wobei es an nichts fehlt, außer an Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus (was aber auch nicht weiter schlimm war).

Gemütliches Apartment

Gemütliches Apartment mit guter Grundausstattung für 2 Personen. Im Sommer kühl, da die Sonne nur kurz in den Innenhof scheint. Das Highlight ist der sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Vermieter und der Sitz im Innenhof in dem man wunderbar verweilen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen😁

unkompliziert und hilfsbereit

Wegen eines Zwischenfalls, mussten wir unsere beiden Töchter kurzfristig bei uns unterbringen. Der Besitzer war super hilfsbereit und stellte uns sogar noch eine komfortable große Luftmatraze zur Verfügung. Die Einrichtung ist etwas altmodisch aber für 2 Personen ausreichend. Vor allen Fenstern sind Mückenschutzgitter angebracht. Es gab leider keine Klimaanlage. Das Badezimmer war zwar sehr geräumig, aber es gibt nur wenig Ablageflächen. So auch in der Duschkabine, da fehlte eine Wandhalterung für die Duschbrause. Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen, da es im Hinterhof liegt, aber draussen ist alles Wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen. Strände sind in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, zudem auch gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem völlig in Ordnung!

angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Supermarkt und gutes Restaurant mit Kinderspielplatz gleich in der Nähe. Verschiedene Strände ca. 10 min. mit Wibit Aquaparks entfernt. Pula ca. 15 min. entfernt, Fazana ca. 7-10 min. Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Zu beachten, es gibt eine Wohnung im EG und im OG (Treppenzugang). Vermieter sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine gute, preiswerte und gut gelegene Lokation.

Per chi ama la tranquillità

Premetto che già conoscevamo la città di Dignano, città che ci piace molto e dove io e la mia compagna volevamo tornare. Dignàn, Dignano o Vodnjan, ci ha conquistati per la sua storia interessante e l'atmosfera nostalgica che vi si respira, legata ad un passato a noi molto vicino. L'appartamento è sulla corte interna di una delle case che si affacciano sulla via principale della città. Molto carino e curato, noi abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al piano terra di una tipica casa di sassi istriana su due piani, un po' più buio di quello al piano superiore, ma comunque accogliente e pratico. I proprietari sono persone molto discrete e simpatiche, che vi metteranno subito a vostro agio. I prezzi, visto il periodo un cui siamo andati, onesti. Insomma, se vi interessa una vacanza in un posto particolare, vicino ad un mare bellissimo e ad ad una miriade di paesini altrettanto belli, questo è di sicuro un buon punto da cui partire

Sehr nette Eigentümer - wirklich zuvorkommend. Eingezäunte Außenanlage, Besitzer hatten auch einen Hund - total netter kleiner Labby-Mix - er hat sich super mit unserer Hündin vertragen :)
