2nd stay at this location.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with our 2nd stay here. We called management as we had a problem with a bathroom sink . It took more than 2 days to get a response back, said someone would come out and was never taken care of. The landscaping around the property was not well kept. Weeds,etc They dinette furniture was a mix of chairs and not comfortable. Outdoor furniture was lacking. No table and no furniture that you could dine out on. The mattress protectors they had on the bed were very uncomfortable. We would not rent from this company again as the fees etc were much higher than the first time we stayed and we went directly through Homebase vacation rentals instead of VRBO. The only positive was location.

Location was very convenient, close to lake sumpter landing, swimming pools, and executive and championship golf courses, restaurants and recreation centers. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly.

Quiet Corner, wonderful stay
