Enjoy peace and tranquility, as the St. Johns' adults-only pool is just a short walk away!

You can indulge in morning coffees or delightful evening chats on your front lanai, screen enclosed for your comfort. And for those seeking solitude, the patio offers privacy, courtesy of the adjacent wall. Add the optional Golf Cart for $25 a day, $150 a week, or $500 monthly. (Golf cart rental requires signing a release of liability.)

Great place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful, clean home in a lovely neighborhood. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Communication with host was great. Always answered quickly. Would definitely stay again.

The house was brand new, extremely clean and comfortable. The host responded within seconds to all of the 3 or 4 questions that I had. What else could you want? Highly recommended!

March getaway

My husband and I spent a week in Florida with my cousin and her husband. This was our first time visiting the Villages and we found this house to be absolutely perfect for us. The owner made everything very easy for us right from the start. We were able to rent a 4 person golf cart from him which was on site when we arrived. Communication was excellent. Owner was very accomodating and offers to assist us on 2 separate occasions but we were able to figure out what we needed so he didn't have to come over but it was super nice that he would have come over to help us out if we had needed. Highly recommend.

The house is so nice and in a great location! The beds were so comfortable and we loved sitting on the lanai. We were able to walk to the pool and I biked to several rec centers. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We had a wonderful month!
