Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this wonderful Courtyard Villa in the amazing Florida recreation area called The Villages. Your courtyard villa will be fully furnished and spotlessly clean upon your arrival The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs and there is a gas grill on the patio/lanai for the grill master.
The master bedroom with private bath has a king size bed and a 42' color TV for your comfort and enjoyment. It also has a patio door leading out to the screened lanai, Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning in total privacy in your lanai or courtyard area. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath.
This courtyard villa is located in Tamarind Grove which is coinventiently located to golf courses, swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts. Private country club, seabreeze recreational club. We are a 10 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing Square and Paddock Square. Here you can enjoy resturants, shops, cinema and free live professional entertainment nightly all village squares.
The villages is a golf cart community with approximately 50 golf courses (executive and championship courses) to enhance your stay we provide a 2016 Yamaha gas golf cart with your villa rental. You will find with the many scenic and well marked golf cart trails that you will want to go everywhere in the Villages with in your golf cart.

Awesome place to stay

We loved this property. It had everything we needed & was so comfortable. The location was perfect, easy to get to everything. Communication from the property owner was excellent. Would definitely recommend renting here and would love to rent this villa again as well.

A Very Enjoyable Stay

The villa was wonderful. Spacious, clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. Located in a quiet and friendly residential area of the Villages, it is conveniently located to all of the market squares that are the signatures of this unique, active community. Plenty to do and see and the villa made for a perfect place to call "home" during our stay.

Wonderful Villa!

This Villa was outstanding, loaded with excellent amenities, clean and comfortable! The host was attentive and the communication was helpful and clear. I found the location to be perfect for our needs. It is tucked away in quiet neighborhood, but has quick access to retail and fun. Thanks for a very lovely stay!.

This home is lovely, bright, airy, clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was wonderful and was accommodating to us on a last minute, urgent need for a rental. I will definitely rent here again if I come back to the Villages.

Wonderful vacation spot!

Charotte was easy to reach and answered questions promptly. The Villa was fully appointed, clean and comfortable. for the three of us. We had use of the golf cart and all amenities the Villages had to offer! Actually, quite overwhelming initially! I highly recommend this vacation Villa. Will definitely seek a future stay if ever returning to the area.

Great location

Charlotte’s villa is ideally located for enjoying the amenities available in The Villages. The Turtle Mound executive golf course and St. James pool are only a five-minute ride away in the golf cart that she provides to guests. We even drove the cart to the Brownwood Paddock Square, about 20 minutes away. We also liked having convenient and quick access to nearby retail stores, such as Publix. The villa itself is clean and comfortable and well furnished with all the necessary kitchen items for cooking your own meals. We particularly liked the outdoor grill. And finally, Charlotte herself is a friendly and helpful hostess, very quick to address any issues that might arise — in our case, nothing major. We recommend her villa highly.

Our stay

There was supposed to be 3 of us, but one got pneumonia and insisted we go on. Found the place easy with Waze app in car. Lovely, comfortable, and well kept home. The Hostess, Charlotte, left good info and was very helpful when we called about a small concern. It has me considering a move to FL. We spent our evenings in various, awesome restaurants, and then hit the Sumter Square for 60’s music. We took in a movie; watch trivia night afterwards; with boozy bingo and blazing pianos on the following nights. ALL WERE AWESOME. I would be interested in knowing about places in the villages away from the golf courses as that’s not my thing. I do plan on recommending seeing the Villages and using the VRBO app.

This was our 2nd stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed the house as well as the use of the golf cart. The house was very clean and full of amenities. Charlotte responds to messages quickly. We hope to visit again next year.

Absolutely Fabulous Stay

The Host was terrific. She answered all of my questions. She also wrote explicit instructions for check-in and check-out. The Villa was immaculate and in a nice location. It was also very quiet. Sufficient supplies were provided. The golf cart was in great shape. I would definitely consider using this property again in the future.

Condo was nice inside. Outside the condos were packed together with no grass in front or back.The place was hidden between a lot streets to get out to a main street. The location was not near any of the pools or the squares.

Perfect Location

We have been Snowbirding in Florida since 1992. This villa is by far the most well equipped unit we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. First thing you notice is the cleanliness. Then you discover the villa has everything you need for an extended stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, my wife and I slept peacefully every night. The location is excellent, restaurants, groceries, and even a walk- in clinic that my wife used are nearby. Charlotte was the perfect host. I highly recommend this villa.

The Villages is known as an adult Disney World' in Florida's friendliest hometown. There is something for everyone to do. The Villages has over 1,000 activies that one can be involved with. The weather, especially during the winter months is excellent. The location (central Florida) is only 50 miles north of Disney World. Shuttles run on the hour to an from the Orlando Airport.
