All this, in the lush beautifully landscaped northern Villages, close to First Responders Recreation Center and Chatham Recreation Center and Nancy Lopez Golf course . Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Short drive to Spanish Springs Town Square or Lake Sumter Landing town Square with nightly live music. This delightful property features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Washing machine and dryer in garage . Two full bathrooms one in master is a standup shower unit and one in Guest hallway is a tub shower combo unit. Plenty of places close by to rent a golf cart if desired.
