Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout Time is 11:00 AM. Golf cart should be left in the garage w/a full tank of gas w/the garage door opener and key left in the ignition in the off position.
Make sure all TV remotes are put back into the correct location. Leave linens on the beds. Report any damages or missing items.
Make sure ALL trash is removed and placed in the big black trash can in the garage. Tue or Fri leave the trash out the night before.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property or the lanai. If this rule is broken you will be charged a $250 fee.
No large gatherings and all overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process.
You are liable for all medical and legal claims that may arise from the use of the golf cart. You voluntarily agree to accept the risks of using a GC

We had a wonderful time at this property in The Villages. This home was spotless, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the lanai in the evenings. PALM-tastic OASIS is the real deal

We loved our stay here. What you see in the pictures is spot on if not better once you arrive. The home is clean, well equipped, comfortable and conveniently located. The golf cart is an added bonus. Stephanie was so easy to communicate with and we would very happily stay here again.

The Palm Oasis is a beautiful home in the villages. My family came to visit from California and had a great time. The home is clean, spacious, stocked well and near activities. It was a wonderful place to spend a few days site seeing. Highly recommend renting this house.
