Beautiful 3/2 designer home, pet friendly, free WiFi, golf cart, hot tub

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+ as well as a golf community.

Dance the night away to live entertainment every night at each one of the three Villages town squares 365 nights a year from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, with happy hour from 5:00 to 6:00. This spacious, fully-furnished, and beautifully-decorated home is perfect for your vacation.

Our included guest pass gives you access to the recreation centers and swimming pools, where you can play pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, card games and billiards and more.

Our guest pass also gives you access to The Villages’ 40 executive golf courses. Our home is located near Nancy Lopez CC, just a short cart ride away.

Recreation centers, pools, restaurants, grocery and retail stores, movie theaters, bowling alleys, golf courses, and libraries are within easy walking and/or driving distance. Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, beaches, and other major popular attractions are only 1-2 hours away by car.

Our home features a master bedroom with a king sized bed, a large walk-in closet and a master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and plenty of closet space and the 3rd bedroom has a pull out sofa bed and closet as well. It is fully furnished with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home including a microwave, coffee maker, dishes & utensils. The kitchen island provides seating for three and the dining room provides seating for four.

For lunch & dinner enjoy your meals outside in the screened Lanai. After a day of golf or one of the many other activities The Villages offers, relax in your screened Lanai and enjoy the outdoor living you came to Florida for.

The two car garage comfortably houses your vehicle and our complimentary two seater gas golf cart. The laundry room is conveniently located inside the residence.

All linens, pillows and towels, everything that you need is there. Starting supply of household requirements is provided, (dishwasher & clothes washer detergent, coffee filters, paper towels. garbage bags and recycle bags, bathroom soap and toilet paper.

We did not use the hot tub because we didn’t have time, but it seemed clean and comfortable. Nor did we visit any pool facilities though there seemed to be plenty. The location was quiet and convenient, and the home well equipped and comfortable for our stay with pets.

This house was great for my extended family and I to stay in over Christmas while visiting our parents who live in The Villages. It was very clean, spacious, in a nice location, and provided everything we needed. The only issue I had was with check-in. I had communicated with the host multiple times before our stay, but on the day of check in I never heard from her or received the key to get in. It took over and hour and multiple calls to her and VRBO to get the code. We did request a late check out, which the host provided, and so that was very appreciated and made up for the frustration of not receiving the code to check in.

Yes She was welcoming. The coffee pot would say it needed descaled. The Coffee wasnt good. We didnt get the code to get in after after about 15 mins after we arrived. Our communication with the host was off. The recliner was difficult in closing because it was stuck. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.

I set my sister in-law and her husband up in this beautiful home since it was right down the road from us. The accommodations were great! Easy access plus the owner let us in earlier so we could stock the refrigerator & put some snacks out for them. The place was clean, cool & well maintained. Golf cart was available to them but they didn’t use it since we were walking distance to them. I will continue to use this rental for all of my out of town guests.
