Pets are welcome in this beautiful, massive log house. Completed in July 2015 is at the heart of nature, offers modern amenities with kitchen / dining area, an open living room with TV to relax. A shower room and two separate bedrooms allow a comfortable, relaxing stay. Cool in summer, warm in winter, plus the intimate scent of wood will stay in your memory. Still to mention is the unique double bed as it can be seen in the pictures.

A lovely Log Cabin with Issues !

The property itself is set in a quiet estate with a lake to the rear. It was initially hard to find as our Sat Nav wanted to take us through fields to get there, so I would definitely recommend arriving during the daytime. Maybe in Britain we do things a little differently, but my Wife and I have travelled the world and this is the very first time that we've had to make up our own beds before, besides being asked to pay extra for bed linen and towels, even though the advert said that this was included! The Log fire is a treat and kept us toasty warm in the evening and there are granite heaters that also warm the house if necessary. Unfortunately when we stayed, there was a bad smell of mould or effluent coming from the shower / toilet room, and despite leaving the window to this room open the smell still remained, which was a bit off putting in the kitchen and lounge area. There was also no chopping board or bread knife so we had to use a plate and steak knife, and in addition the non stick frying pan had seen better days, but maybe this is because it's the end of the season. The reason for the two stars is the linen/towel issue and the bad smell from the bathroom, apart from that the house is lovely, although I was quite shocked to be contacted by the owner a week after our stay to be asked if we had used hair dyes in the shower as there was a brown stain she couldn't remove on the walls and doors. As there is no ventilation in this property I guess this must have been a build up of mould and not hair dye as suggested!

Der Kurzaufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und sehr ländlich. Ich konnte mich perfekt erholen und habe die Zeit in dem schönen Holzhaus genossen.

Es war wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft Irgendwo im Nirgendwo.Das Ferienhaus ist harmonisch, gemütlich eingerichtet. Da alles auf Holz ist wirkt es wohlig warm. Die Infrarotheizkörper sind ebenfalls in Holzoptik. Unter der großen Überdachung kann man gemütlich und trocken sitzen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Alles was es braucht..

Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche in dem Blockhaus.. Es ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Ruhe tat gut :)Frau Cord empfing uns sehr freundlich und wir kommen gern wieder :)

Super gemütliche Unterkunft

Haus war wie beschrieben. Sehr gemütlich und ruhig. Etwas abgelegen, aber wir wollten es ja so. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 9 km Entfernung, Bäcker ca.2 km entfernt. Kleine Ferienhaus Siedlung mit ca.75 Häusern.

Een gezellig ingerichte woning van alle gemakken voorzien. Zee. Vriendelijke ontvangst en goede duidelijke uitleg over de woning. De internetverbinding was niet altijd even goed aanwezig, Maar het is een aanrader voor als je van natuur en rust houdt. Supermarkten binnen rijafdtand en volop te zien.

Ruhe tanken

Wer die Stille liebt, ist im Haus und der Umgebung bestens aufgehoben. Radfahren und Spaziergänge kann man dort nach Herzenslust. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn der Mülleimer intakt gewesen wäre. Einige Lebensmittel waren vorhanden und zur Begrüßung standen einige Flaschen Wasser bereit. Die Liege war leider defekt und die Spülmaschine hatte versch.rostige Stellen. Alles in Allem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub im Blockhaus verlebt.

Schön und ruhig

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und ganz ruhige Lage. Mit ein bisschen suche im netz findet man auch genug Unternehmungen.wir waren sehr zufrieden das einzige war eine schlechte Funkverbindung in dem Gebiet aber WLAN gibt es ja im Haus.

Super Entspannung

Wir haben die Tage in dem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist schön abgelegen sodass man in Ruhe entspannen konnte oder mit dem Auto Ausflüge machen konnte. ( Externsteine können wir sehr empfehlen) Es gab einen kleiner eingezäunter Garten, wo unser Hund spielen konnte. Im Haus war alles notwendige und darüber hinaus vorhanden. Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus ist geräumig, hat eine umzäunte Terrasse und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, der Kontakt klappt absolut unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt in einem schönen Feriendorf mit originell gestalteten Häuschen an einem Baggersee im Münsterland; das Zwitschern der Vögel ist das lauteste Geräusch, das man hört. Man wohnt dort mitten in der Natur, muss allerdings für jede Aktivität - Besichtigungen, Einkaufen, Restaurant-Besucht etc. - fahren.

Entspannte Zeit

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Auch gekocht und gebacken haben wir. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Unserem Hund hat es auch gefallen. Der eingezäunte Garten ist ideal und die Gassirunden sind sind einfach toll…Haustüre auf und raus in die Natur. Danke Manuela, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder in ihr schönes Häuschen 😎

Auszeit

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub in dem tollen Häuschen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und sogar Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Filtertüten und vieles mehr waren vorhanden. Freundliche Vermieterin, die alles erklärt hat. Die Abreise konnte sogar zeitlich unabhängig erfolgen. Gerne wieder, nur das Bett bräuchte mal neue Matratzen. Die waren sehr durchgelegen.
