About this property

The Finca Son Homar is a small holiday home in the countryside near Petra close to the foot of the small hill Bonany. The house was built in 2009 and, thanks to constant care of the owner in good condition.
The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which one is ensuite.
In the living area you will find satellite TV, as well as to spend a CD player, DVD player and a comfortable sofa to relaxing evenings inside.
The Aussenbreich invites daytime to relax and swim in the pool. Especially in the evening you have from the terrace overlooks the Majorcan village of Petra.
Internet is also available.
The finca is ideal for a small family with a toddler or for couples.

Alles sauber , Vermieter sehr nett ; kümmert sich gleich um jedes Anliegen . Auto ist ein muß sonst

Es waren sehr erholsame Tage . Susen Anlage ist nicht ganz so wie es auf den Bildern angezeigt ist . Ansonsten sehr schön und erholsam . Wir kommen wieder .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, super kontakt zum Vermieter, ist zuvorkommend und kümmert sich um alles sofort. ausgezeichnete ruhige Lage, Tagesausflüge mit Rad und Auto sehr gut geeignet. Einkauf und Versorgung, Apotheke usw, alles In Petra vorhanden, 10min Fußweg. Gastronomie ist bekannt (Petra, das Radfahrer Dorf)

Sehr empfehlenswert ! Sehr, sehr liebevoll gestaltetes Ferienhaus am Ortsrand von Petra !

So wohl gefühlt haben wir uns lange nicht auf Mallorca, wo wir seit Jahren unseren Urlaub verbringen. Der Garten ist vor Blicken von Außen geschützt. Das Zentrum des Dorfes Petra ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Überrascht waren wir dort 6 Restaurants und 4 Bars und eine tolle Atmosphäre mit Fontane vorzufinden. Der Ort ist klein und ursprünglich, bietet aber alles, was im Urlaub eventuell gebraucht wird. Von Apotheke über Banken bis hin zu 3 Supermärkten und einem kleinen "Kaufhaus" und Elektronik Geschäft ! DenTraumstrand "Playa de Muro" in der Bucht von Alcudia haben wir in ungefähr 25 Minuten erreicht, ebenso wie den Naturstrand von Son Serra de Marina oder die Strände an der Ostküste. Zum Playa Es Trenc sind es ungefähr 40 Minuten aber wir haben ja Urlaub und wohnen dafür total ruhig ohne Massentourismus.
