Cottage near Lake Fork, Private Stocked Pond, Secure Parking

Cottage is  situated on 40 acres with private lake and secure parking.  Enjoy colorful sunrises and sunsets with stars as far as the eyes can see.

Located 5 minutes north of Emory. A short drive to many boat ramps on Lake Fork. 25 minutes south to Canton First Monday Trade Days.
The Property is 40 fenced acres. You are welcome to explore within the fencing. Bring good walking/adventure shoes, as it is nature and there are natural obstacles. (Holes, branches, snakes, wildlife)
As host we do live on site to assist with questions and needs. Cottage was designed and built as our guest house.

Unwind in this Cozy 399 sq ft Tiny Home bathed with natural light overlooking trees and nature. Electric fireplace to give you that warm feeling without the mess. Kitchen equipped with a full sized fridge, stove and microwave. Supplies for making coffee and hot tea, glassware to enjoy wine out on the deck, or even cook yourself a full meal! A King size bed in the main bedroom and a Queen pull out sofa sleeper. Even an in unit washer and dryer to keep your wardrobe fresh.

We had a very good time staying here for the Big Bass Splash. The host was very helpful and took very good care of all our needs. The little Cottage is set up perfect for 2 people but we were comfortable with 4 as well. Very nice relaxing and visiting on the deck overlooking the pond. Thanks again Shane for a very good stay. See ya’ll again next year or before probably!

We absolutely loved the property !!! Met all of our expectations!! Stayed bc we drove to a baptism revival in Willis Point 25 minutes away! Used the property to walk also walk everyday morning and evening!!! Absolutely Beautiful!! And loved sitting on back porch to drink coffee early morning to watch the sun rise !! Own of property so very kind and helpful !!!

Weekend getaway

This is one of the most relaxing places on earth. Very clean and safe. Beautiful view of the pond. We were able to decompress from life’s hectic schedule and just relax. The best of medicine!!!!Thank you Shane, we will be back.

Definitely worth it!

If you're looking to get away, relax, and fish, this is the spot to go. Its quiet, and so relaxing, especially in the mornings drinking coffee out on the deck. I absolutely recommend!

Best Birthday Bass Fishing!

I highly recommend staying at Sweet Dove! It was my husband’s birthday week and we had a great time fishing on the property and Lake Fork. The cottage was immaculate and the owner was very helpful. We plan to stay there again in the future.
