Great property, and kind hosts. Security via codes was a little complex, but not bad by any means as the property felt extra safe. Host was great at responding quickly and kindly.

Small but functional studio

My sons stayed here while we were in SD for the Holidays and it was a nice near downtown option in close proximity to our place. Alot of security entrances to get thru but being downtown and right next to Balboa park it is understandable why.... safe area for the most part none the less.....if you want a low cost option for staying close to downtown i would recommend.PSWe did have an issue initially in getting into the building which the management responded promptly which we appreciated.

Great staff, very accomodating. Clean room. Comfortable bed, sofa bed not as much. In the flight path of landing planes but didnt really hear them. Water pressure in shower not great. Lots of attractions were quite close when we drove to them. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

Our stay at Fir Six's apartment was decent. I have two issues that unfortunately could not resolved. The upstairs resident was extremely loud at all times and it was very disruptive. Also, getting into the building required three entrance codes.

Good bed

Okay, cute little space. The basics. Walls were a bit thin, could hear others at times. Not terribly disruptive though. Common spaces and walls a little beat up. Hot water took a bit to heat up. Bed was comfy, good safe location, highly secure. Communication w host was ok, lacked that warmth & heart of care and service. they weren’t flexible or overly hospitable. But weren’t rude either. The place did the trick.

Room was clean and as described. I was happy for the coffee and small fridge. Staff was responsive to requests for more coffee. :) Overall nice spot in a convenient location.

Clean unit with all needed amenities for our visit to San Diego. The bed was excellent. The unit is located near Balboa Park, which makes it easy to visit many attractions in San Diego. Having to climb 3 sets of stairs was a surprise. The generous supply of ear plugs helped with the noise of landing flights. All in all, a good place to stay.
