Comfortable and cozy furnished apartment on the mezzanine floor.
1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom, separate toilet, living room with dining table and double sofa bed, satellite TV, kitchen and large balcony with views of the Grossglockner, Garage. The apartment is furnished with wooden furniture in the style of the area.
The kitchen has everything you could wish for: 3 electric stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and filter coffee machine. All crockery, pots and pans are provided. WiFi in the apartment.
The rooms are equipped with electric heaters. Heated ski room.

The apartment house Glockner is located on the outskirts of Heiligenblut - in 5 minutes you walk from here in the center, where there are restaurants, a supermarket and the gondola station to the ski area. You really do not need a car. The ski area is therefore in the immediate vicinity and you can ski downhill to the house possible (when snow conditions).

The small mountain village at the foot of Austria's highest mountain, the Grossglockner (3 798m), is in winter and summer, the absolute tip for nature lovers.

Big, spaciousm, clean apartment in old fashioned style. 600m from ski station, warm ski depot. Nice owner and manager. Garage under apartment (important in winter). Living room a little to dark. Extra paid electricity about 130 E per week in winter. Cold corridor.

Super Lage und ruhig

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Der direkte Blick zum Großglockner vom Balkon ist magisch. Ortsmitte mit Gastronomie und kleinem Supermarkt ist schnell und bequem erreichbar.

Das Appartement ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, einschließlich einer Küche zum täglichen Kochen auch für Kinder. Die Lage direkt in Heiligenblut in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Zentrum und zur Seilbahn ist toll, und der Parkplatz in der Garage ist ein schöner Bonus.

Fair und gut, top Lage für einen Skiurlaub

Die Wohnung bietet Platz, ist einfach, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mittlerweile erneuert worden und deutlich moderner, als auf den Bilder zu sehen. Die Talstation ist auch mit Kindern und Ausrüstung fußläufig zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein sehr faires Angebot mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! :)

Traumhafter Ort inmitten von Bergen

Eine tolle Wohnung umgeben von Berge, mit Blick auf den Großglockner, der ideale Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen. In dem gemütlich eingerichteten Appartement fehlt es an nichts, die neue Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Wir finden es insgesamt fairer, wenn auch die Stromkosten nach Verbrauch abgerechnet werden und nicht gleich pauschal schon vorher umfangreich auf den Mietpreis aufgeschlagen werden. Wenn man sparsam mit dem Strom umgeht, sollte man auch weniger bezahlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft

Mein Freund und ich hatten eine schöne Woche in der Unterkunft, die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft, man läuft in 10 Minuten mit Skisachen zur Gondel und hat vom Balkon einen schönen Ausblick auf den Großglockner. Was man aber erwähnen muss ist, dass man sowohl Heizung, als auch Warmwasser mit dem Strom zusammen bezahlen muss und daher am Ende noch mal ein ordentlicher Preis oben drauf kommt. Ein bisschen schade, da man im Winter ja weder frieren noch nicht warm duschen möchte. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft völlig in Ordnung, auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden und das Wohnzimmer schön gemütlich. :)

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und rustikal eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich ein bisschen zurückversetzt in die achtziger Jahre, aber alles funktioniert top und ist in gutem Zustand. Bis zum Skilift sind es maximal zehn Gehminuten und man kann dabei die tolle Aussicht genießen.

Schöner Skiurlaub mit der Familie

Wir waren in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung in Heiligenblut mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Zur Seilbahn sind es ca. 600 m, also sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unsere Ski und Schuhe haben wir an der Seilbahn in einem Schrank abgestellt, da war das Laufen leichter. Sehr positiv ist auch die vorhandene Tiefgarage, das Auto bleibt Eisfrei. Sollten wir wieder nach Heiligenblut fahren, nehmen wir auch wieder diese Wohnung. Vielen Dank.

Skiurlaub mit Freunden

Die Unterkunft war überraschend groß und ist sicherlich was besonderes. Das Apartment überzeugt nicht zuletzt durch die authentische und konsequente Gestaltung der Einrichtung im Geist der 80er Jahre. Jedem von uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen.

Schöne Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön, man ist schnell in Heiligenblut und an der Großglockner Hochstraße. Im Haus sind Waschmaschine und Trockner ohne Probleme nutzbar. Die Betreuerin der Wohnung ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Balkon ist sonnig und großzügig. Ein Sonnenschirm und bessere Sitzgelegenheiten wären noch perfekt.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in den Bergen
