The Space:

Sunlight pours through the floor‑to‑ceiling windows as you step onto the spacious patio, where the heated pool glistens and the scent of the nearby ocean drifts in. A gentle breeze carries the hum of distant waves while you settle into the luxury outdoor lounge seating, glass of complimentary wine in hand. Inside, the open‑plan living areas invite you to unwind on colorful lounge cushions, stream a favorite show on the 54‑inch Smart TV, or gather around the kitchen island for a family‑style meal.



Sleeping arrangements

Master Suite – King bed, private sitting room, ensuite bathroom with tile shower and dual vanities.

Bedroom 2 – Queen bed, reach‑in closet.

Bedroom 3 – Two twin beds, toys and closet.

Bedroom 4 / Office – Twin daybed, desk, printer, large closet.

Private Casita (Bedroom 5) – Queen bed, full bathroom, sitting area, Nespresso station; space for an air mattress.

Extra sleeping – Sofa in the Florida Room sleeps 1; large couch in Living Room 2 sleeps 1.

Private heated pool (heat available October–April for $125 / night with 3‑day notice).
