The clothes dryer did not work. I called 5 days in a row and was told each time that we were next for the maintenance man to come. Which he never came. This is unacceptable when you advertise that you have a washer and dryer. We washed one load of clothes not knowing the dryer didn’t work. We had to hang outside to dry and they were infested by spiders and bugs. We were told 5 days in a row that someone would be out to fix it and no one ever showed up. I do not rent a house especially for this amount of money with no working washer and dryer. It was a nuisance to have to call everyday and nothing done and for no one to even come to the house.

Perfect location

The house was small but easily accommodated 7 people, 4 decent size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Plenty of outside space to sit and listen to the waves at night( you can see the beach from the front deck) The location was perfect, quiet family friendly and just steps to the beach!
