Accommodation:
Discover our brand new two-bedroom house (2024), perfectly equipped for your comfort.

Secure parking with electric gate is at your disposal for your vehicle. The garden is fully fenced for your tranquility.
The bedrooms, air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans, offer optimal comfort.
- Bedroom 1 benefits from an en-suite bathroom with toilet and 8 kg washing machine, as well as a dressing room. The bed is 160x200.
- Bedroom 2 has two 90x200 beds, which can be combined into a large 180x200 bed according to your preferences. This room also has a work desk and a bathroom with toilet located just in front of the corridor.

The living room is equipped with a large TV with many channels.
A safe is also at your disposal.

The kitchen, fully equipped, includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, SENSEO coffee maker and dishwasher, American fridge/freezer with water fountain and ice dispenser...

Wine glasses, rum glasses and champagne flutes to brighten up your evenings!

The house is equipped with a very high speed internet connection (fibre), available in wifi and Ethernet throughout the house. Ideal for passing workers.

The terrace, naturally well ventilated, is equipped with electric blinds to protect you from the sun and rain. A large table with 6 chairs and an outdoor lounge will allow you to have a good time with friends or family.

Please note that the (salt) pool is equipped with an alarm but not a barrier, which may not be ideal for young children.
Access to the pool is via a submerged beach, perfect for having an aperitif sitting in the water!

There are few water cuts in the area but for your comfort we have a water tank of about 1200 litres for each of the two houses.

Other remarks:
The shops are within walking distance (100m): small supermarket (opening late and even on Sundays), caterer, rotisserie, sandwiches, pizzas, fishmonger (depending on the day) ....

The large supermarket and its shopping centre is 5 km away.
The industrial and commercial area of Jarry is less than 5 km away (6 minutes by car depending on traffic of course!).

Possibility to rent a second house with 3 bedrooms right next door!
