Welcome to Ulmen,

a small town in the Vulkaneifel, whose landscape is shaped by volcanism.

Eifelmaare, volcanic cones and wildly romantic brook valleys invite you to hike and relax in a fascinating landscape.
The Vulkaneifel Nature and Geo Park was recognized as a UNESCO Global Geopark in November 2015.

Our apartment is an ideal starting point to explore the Eifel. With approx. 45 m² it offers enough space for 2 people. The apartment is on the ground floor with a separate entrance and is easily accessible via its own terrace. You have a parking space for your vehicle directly in front of the apartment.
In the spacious eat-in kitchen you will find a well-equipped kitchenette with a cozy dining area by the window.
The combined living room and bedroom can be optically separated from one another by a sliding system. In the sleeping area there is a large comfortable double bed. A swiveling flat-screen TV enables you to enjoy TV from the sofa or bed.
There is a large wardrobe for your clothes and equipment.
The modern daylight bathroom is barrier-free and equipped with a towel radiator and a rain shower.
You can make yourself comfortable on the terrace, use the sunbathing lawn or find a cozy shade in the garden and enjoy your vacation.
Garden seats and recliners as well as a grill are available.
The Ulmen Maar, the castle ruins and the town center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Some hiking trails lead directly past the apartment.
The ideal starting point for hiking or cycling tours and excursions to Koblenz (60km), Trier (70km), the Ahr Valley (30km) and the Moselle (25km). Sufficient information brochures are available for you to explore the sights of the region.

Everything we wanted for our stay

Well organised, it had everything you could possibly need including well equipped kitchen and games for rainy days. Despite the motorway being close it was very quiet. Lovely walk around maar and pretty historic town centre in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Host were helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend.

Amazing little gem we landed lucky on. 20 mins to the Nurburgring and was good to get away from all the madness to a nice village. Accommodation was immaculate and the hosts were great. They helped me out of a bad situation also so I can’t be more pleased

Erholung pur

Wir hatten einen tollen Motorradurlaub in der Vulkaneifel. Neben der tollen Landschaft und dem super Wetter hat die Ferienwohnung unser Erlebnis abgerundet. Die Wohnung ist sehr harmonisch und praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht.

We hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad. Adele is erg toegankelijk en behulpzaam. Fijne uitvalbasis voor uitstapjes. Woning is voorzien van uitgebreid inventaris. Ze heeft matrassen met verschillende hardheid. Indien gewenst kun je ook gebruik maken van een topper.

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und können den Aufenthalt dort wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig und sauber. Auch der Außensitzbreich ist super gemütlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist außergewöhnlich gut. Das Ulmener Maar und schöne Wanderwege sind direkt vor der Haustür. Es war ein super schöner Kurztrip. Die FeWo war sehr sauber und gemütlich und die Vermieter sehr nett. Sie hatten viele Tipps die wir auf Grund der Kürze des Urlaubs leider nicht alle beherzigen konnten, vielleicht kommen wir nochmal für einen längeren Aufenthalt wieder.

Ulmen und Umgebung

Für uns war der Aufenthalt in Ulmen wunderbar. Eine kleine super ausgestattete Wohnung mit Sitzgelegenheit im schönen Garten. In der Wohnung fehlt wirklich nichts! Ulmen war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs und haben viel gesehen. Von den Eheleuten Lülsdorf haben wir viele gute Tipps bekommen. Lieben Dank!!!

Alles was man sich wünschen kann

Die Wohnung sieht genauso wie auf den Bilder und man findet drin alles was man braucht. Außerdem fühlt man sich wirklich wie Zuhause. Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig. Man kann von dort sehr viele Ausflugsziele erreichen und die Umgebung ist halt atemberaubend. Die Familie Lülsdorf ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen und ich werde wahrscheinlich bald wieder dorthin fahren. Herzlichen Dank nochmal für alles.

Die FeWo war für uns die optimale Bleibe für unseren Wanderurlaub. Zentral gelegen waren alle unsere Ziele gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und liegt sehr ruhig oberhalb des Ortes und ist nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Maar entfernt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Grundsätzlich Daumen hoch

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerordentlich gut gefallen, hat die komplette Einrichtung der Küche, hier ist alles vorhanden. Nach unseren Maßstäben sind die Clubsessel im Wohnbereich etwas unbequem. Das Bett wiederum ist sehr gut. Da wir viel unterwegs waren haben wir den Außenbereich kaum genutzt. Abschließend kann man sagen, dass die Wohnung zu empfehlen ist und könnten uns vorstellen nochmal dort zu buchen.

Super schöne Wohnung mit allem Drum und Dran, eine ganz herzliche Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet. Eigentlich könnte man sofort einziehen, weil einfach alles vorhanden ist. Wir haben unsere 4 Nächte bei Fam. Lülsdorf sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
