About this property

Spectacular Home on the Golf Course with Private Pool

Located in the community of Holua Kai at Keahou, our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is newly furnished and ready for your stay. The gated neighborhood is surrounded by the Kona Country Club golf course, where our backyard overlooks the 4th fairway of the Ocean course. Our covered lanai offers a beautiful outdoor dining area with BBQ, overlooking our extra long private pool and hot tub. We have a fully equipped kitchen, soaker tub in the master, raindrop showers in two of the bathrooms, and a state of the art smart TVs in the living area. There is a Sonos sound system in the house as well as speakers located on the lanai/pool area. There is a full outdoor dining set on the lanai for those evening dinners or morning coffee. A full size washer and dryer are available for your convenience. We provide beach toys, coolers, towels, and anything you may need for a day at the beach. We are located 2 miles from the Keahou Shopping Centre and only a 10 minute walk to the Outrigger Kona Resort as well as Keahou Bay, where you can watch the manta rays swim! As a private owner, we have no need to charge you admin or concierge fees. STVR-21-558582

DO NOT leave doors open or food out in the open! PLEASE clean up garbage before leaving. Garbage Day is Monday. The blue cart is for bottles/can only.
Please use the tap outside the garage to clean your feet before entering the house. No shoes with heels in the house. Our floors scratch easily.

Quiet, good location

This is our second stay in this neighborhood. It's safe and quiet, except for occasional golf course mowing and landscaping services. This house wasn't as pristine as the first. Dirty carpets and windows. The lanai was unswept and dirty. Housekeeping wasn't up to our standard.

Perfect home away from home

This home was perfect for our family - two kids (7 and 9 yr olds got their own room), me and my husband (our own main room), and my parents (in their 70s, who got their own main room) - our room and the kids' room were on one side of the house while my parents (the grandparents) were on the other. We all had our own bathrooms, with a powder room bathroom in the main living area. Rooms were spacious, clean, and the kitchen and laundry area were well-stocked with everything you need. The pool area was wonderful for relaxing. I grew up in Hilo and my parents still live on Oahu, so we wanted a home that was close to local amenities (KTA grocery store, Longs Drugs, as well as the best snorkeling nearby). Communication with our host pre-stay, during the stay, and immediately upon departing was TOP NOTCH - super responsive (talking single-digit minutes), professional, warm and friendly. Everything we want when thinking of island vibes. Highly recommend! My dad is already saying "next time when we stay there...". Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
