This lovely, spacious, 2-story condo (2,400 s.f.!!) in Pacific Palisades has been completely renovated by a renowned Los Angeles Interior Designer. Very open, loft-like layout. Entertainer's open kitchen, beautiful custom furniture and stunning mountain and treetop views from every window. Right in the Pacific Palisades Village, walk to all restaurants, stores, weekly farmers market, walk to the beach or the hiking trails right out the back door in the gorgeous Santa Monica mountains!

Pacific Palisades is located on the beach right in between Santa Monica & Malibu, both are just minutes away! The building complex has a pool and gym and 4 pa

rking spaces in the garage. The master bedroom is a large suite with a king size bed, jacuzzi tub that opens to the mountain views and a separate shower and a large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in closet and the 3rd bedroom has a pullout full size sofa bed and office desk. Housekeeper service is available for additional charge.

Very Happy

Do not look anywhere else! Felicia is exceptional and welcoming, going beyond what one experiences even in exclusive hotels. The location is excellent, as well. It’s a short walk to the upscale Village, where you’ll find fine dining, Erewhon market, exclusive designer boutiques, and hand-crafted ice-cream parlors. The building is deceptive on the exterior, but the condo itself is charming, private, and spacious. It will feel like a second home and comfortable. Great if you’re traveling with children. Easy access to restaurants in Santa Monica, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, the beaches and north/south coastline, as well as inland to the city areas, if you need to use the freeways.

Great place !

Stayed for a week in July. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants, grocery, park. Very short drive to beach or Santa Monica Pier. The condo is in great shape, large living room and toys for the kids !

Perfect stay!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable, all up and nice open living area downstairs. Centrally located to beaches, hiking, Malibu, Santa Monica and Hollywood. Walking distance to new Palisades Village with family friendly events, shopping, movie theater and dining! Felicia was very friendly and available whenever I had a question. Looking forward to our next stay!

Amazing property on Sunset Boulevard

The property is fantastically located and beautifully presented. It was exactly as described and Felicity was a pleasure to interact with. She was most helpful in getting us in and settled. I would recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay again

WOW! Loved this amazing home!

For our family, this incredible home was the perfect place to celebrate the holidays as well as provide a home-base for us in the LA area as we spent time with family, friends and visited the tourist spots! This is an incredible home to invite friends and family in for dinner. We enjoyed cooking in the amazing kitchen and the open space while the upstairs bedrooms provided privacy and a place for "travel clutter". Our family walked to the beach and enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains. We found the homeowner and her staff to be the best we have had in our stays in home rentals. We were fascinated at the similarities of our tastes, style and practical needs. The home was perfect for our family! We look forward to visiting this home again.

Felt like home

We rented the apartment at late notice for 5 weeks during July/August. It is the owners own home. It is comfortable and spacious and homely. It is set out over 2 floors and feel like a house. It is elegantly furnished with antiques and collectables. It was nice and clean and the owner arranged for their own cleaner to come in once a week. ( This is an extra) It has views to Temescal Canyon. It has a cooks kitchen with lots of interesting cooking utensils. I was concerned that it might be noisy as it was on Sunset but it was at the very back of the building and not noisy at all.The building itself is a bit unusual in the fact that it doesn't have a main entrance and you enter through the car park and is probably of early 70's design. The best thing is that it is in a fabulous location right in the centre of the Palisades and great for easy walking distance to the all the shops and a 5 minutes drive to the beach. You could also walk to Temescal- but we preferred to do the 5 minute drive.We enjoyed ourselves at the Sunday Farmers market and spent time mooching about hitting the frozen yogurt shop, Starbucks and Gelsons. The outside space is a bit limited to 2 small terraces but there is a pool and a pool area. It is clean but it is a bit concrete in design and overlooked by the other apartments. I would recommend this as a great holiday choice to stay in Los Angeles if you want to dip in now and again but not be right in the heart of LA.
