Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Gérardmer, we offer this charming 33 m² apartment with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 33 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market...

Activities :
In winter, the La Mauselaine ski area offers a multitude of winter sports activities! Enjoy a unique night-skiing experience on soundtracked slopes, or go snowboarding or tobogganing for young and old! In December, visit the magnificent Christmas market, followed by the Saint-Nicolas parade, and in January, we look forward to welcoming you to the Fantastic Film Festival!
Various activities: Swimming pool, bowling alley, skating rink, pedal boat, playground, carousel, rides around the lake, possibility of taking the free shuttle to the Gérardmer ski slopes, museum, stores, restaurants...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Remiremont 30 km (approx. 35 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg 115 km (approx. 1h30 by car)

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate supplement on site (arrival between 7pm and 9pm at €40, arrival between 9pm and midnight at €50).
