Loft: One queen bed in loft room, media room/office with queen futon couch and desk.

Lower level: In-law apartment with queen bed in 3-season porch, full sofa bed, kitchen with dining area, two sitting areas, and bathroom with shower. Also on this level are extra room with queen bed, bathroom with shower, and game room.

The lakeside dock is reached by a short path and a few steps. Also available are a bay dock with lift and a third dock with kayak launching platform, both with lake access. Fire pit with seating and horseshoe court next to the bay. Parking is available for six vehicles and a boat trailer. Note: lakeside dock installation depends on ice. Bay dock with lift and kayak launcher are in all year.

This unusual vacation property was built by our family and has been recently renovated. Features include solar-powered radiant floor heating, three stories of windows with sliding panels to regulate temperature, reclaimed/salvaged building materials, high ceilings, and unique spaces. Some minor projects have not yet been completed, and the yard has been planted with natives and is a work in progress so can look less than manicured.

External security cameras are in use when property is not rented.
