Beach Stay

Asked when I made reservations for beach front, got to check in they said I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom, paid for a studio, I said I don’t need a 2 bedroom I would like oceanfront, I asked months in advance. Claimed they had nothing, (was not busy) said they would call during week and I could change rooms if one came available never heard anything. Came to realize they only care about owners not customers paying for their stay.
