About this property

This awesome Rosarito home was built by my mother for her parents but they decided to stay in Nuevo Vallarta instead. It’s now been a family vacation home for years and now we’d like to share it with you!

The home has three bedrooms, four beds, and a couch for those that don’t mind crashing there! The home accommodates 9 people in total.

Hot days? No worries! We have AC in the livingroom and in the bedrooms. You’ll have access to a washer & dryer, keurig coffee, rice cooker, blender and all the kitchenware and utensils that you’d need to have a great vacation!

The best part about it is the home is on the corner, and there’s no noise ordinance curfews! You and your guests can chill outside with your frozen margaritas and enjoy your music all night long!

The location is close enough to the night life but far enough to get some quality sleep after a long night!

Ideal for remote workers, vacationers and more!

Beautiful home

Beautiful modern home. Very clean. This home is in a great location, not to far from the party life but far enough to have a homey feeling. Owner is very quick to respond with any issues that occur like locking yourself out 😊. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Home was very beautiful, and the outdoor area was a delight. This place will have everything you need to feel at home. Not too far from the main street Communication was amazing, thank you Mimi. Highly recommend this place 👌🏽

This place was PHENOMENAL

Very spacious. Super comfy beds. Couch with recliners. A/C to make the place always feel cool, even the normal ceiling fans were strong! Outside patio was very relaxing with the umbrellas, seating & turf floor. Both kitchens were super up to date & fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils! Plenty of towels. We ran out of toilet paper but Mimi, the host, was able to get us more very quickly!
