Located below Villa 1, the newest unit of Christy's Villas, One mile east from the center of town , The compound sit on a buff in a quite neighborhood, very spacious and cozy, it has full kitchen, bathtub, balcony, ocean and mountain view, enclose/ secure parking for one car, a queen size bed in the main room and sofa bed were guest can have a separate sleeping area and can be sit up upon request.( as show in the photos).

This property is located in a quiet, safe residential area of Rosarito. Because it is on a high bluff overlooking the valley of Huahuatay the view to the ocean is beautiful and the sunsets from the units are spectacular!!
What makes this property unique
Safe, secure and affordable!
*We use water softener treatment for all out unit. You will feel the deferent between hard water and soft water when you shower. Enjoy !
*We also provide reverse osmosis drinking water to all our unit, please let us know if you need to replace your bottle.
*We also have a back up water system so please let us know right away if water pressure are low.
