The location of this condo was perfect. Right in the heart of downtown, walking distance from all the fun and restaurants and beach right out back. View of the balcony was great. Host was very nice and fast at resolving anything we needed. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else but this place next time I go.

We really enjoyed this condo. It’s located right next to the beach and access was a piece of cake. It’s a very busy and active beach with lots of venders. The view from the condo was beautiful and the people who live there were friendly and helpful.

Great place!

Closed to downtown, safe place to take your family. Best of all not a crowded pool.

Had a great stay, beautiful ocean view and acess to the beach. The condo was well furnished and we were able to see the sunset from the patio. We also enjoyed the pool and whirlpool on the premises. We felt very safe, the property is enclosed with security acess and it's own parking space. Highly recommend this property, you won't regret your stay here.

I never got a detailed check in email. The security guard was confused and little to no help. There were no napkins paper towels and the coffee pot was dirty and dirty cabinets. There were no beach towels provided and the hot tub was broken. Also, when we went to the beach we didn’t have a way to get back in. Location was great but needs a little bit more work to make for a pleasant stay. I Vrbo often so I have a lot to compare it to

Little family getaway

Nice place and amazing location. Close to everything and within walking distance. My only complaint with the place was, we brought out little 11 month old which will touch everything and will find everything, so it seemed he was able to find every dusty area of the house 😅 so besides that everything else was amazing for this place.

Hot tub closed, pool not heated, no balcony lights and floor hallway lights shutoff on you quickly leaving you in the dark.

Hi nelson, I’m sorry to see such a negative review due to they’re not being lights out on the balcony. Also that the Jacuzzi was down. I’m not sure why that was the case. Usually there are two Jacuzzis both usually working. I will look into the matter. Sincerely, Brigitte

Nightshift security needs some attention. Hard to get in if you comi in late hrs. I was told I needed to keep my wristband at all times. I was staying 2 nights. Who wants to walk around streets with a wristband.lol. Condo is excellent.

First Time @ Rosario

My time in Brigette's condo was great. She had good communication with me and answered all my questions before my trip. Location was perfect since we were off the beach and good walking distance to all the shops and places to get something to eat. The condos does have their rules and the guard make sure you follow them. We also met Brigette's house cleaner- Natasha who was so helpful and gave us tips on what to do since I shared with her that it was my first time in Rosario. And reminded me to give her or Brigette a call if I had any questions or concerns. Overall felt safe and welcomed. Would stay again

It was okay a little far walk when you’re tried. Right next to beach but, dirty fridge had someone else food From before. Bedsheets had stains. Bed was also broken. Got yelled at from other apartment guest about only using the pool for an hour and not allowed to use the pool. I wouldn’t stay again!
