About this property

Cosy cottage with a courtyard in the Eifel National Park Heimbach Hergarten

With 140 sqm living space we can accommodate small groups and large families for 2 to 7 people.
The closed courtyard is only alone for our guests. There you have the possibility to spend in your circles good times. The covered area protects even in bad weather and an outdoor lounge invites you to relax or to move to our sport a stepper.
Also available to our guests a barbecue.
On the ground floor, the spacious kitchen with seating for all individuals and superbly equipped kitchenette plus a wide range of accessories. (Gas cooker-oven, dishwasher, crockery 18 pieces, enough glasses, blender ...)
The cozy living room can accommodate a sofa corner with television and an additional seating area for plenty of room for fun games evenings.
The newly renovated bathroom is reflected friendly with floor-level shower. Hand and bath towels are provided.
In the basement the quiet double rooms located with wonderful views of the garden and chicken run.
Upstairs you will find one single bedroom, a large double bedroom, a room with two single beds with entrance hall and an additional toilet.
A washer and dryer are in the next room.

Dogs are welcome.

Hergarten and surroundings offer countless possibilities for a varied and relaxing holiday. In addition to hiking in the great outdoors in a national park, bike or motorcycle tours you can find numerous proposals for large and small in the information material of our house.

Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn, der Schwiegertochter und dem 1jährigen Enkel in dem Ferienhaus. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war alles optimal. Unser Enkel hat sich sehr über das reichhaltige Spielzeug gefreut. Auch der Aussenbereich ist sehr gut. Leider konnten wir ihn wegen des durchwachsenen Wetters nicht so oft nutzen, wie wir es gerne getan hätte. Wir können das Haus empfehlen.

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war immer sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und eine sehr gute Austattung. Etwas für Herz und Seele sind die Alpakas und die Esel :). Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder.

Wij (2 personen) hebben een hele gezellige midweek gehad in het huis in Hergarten. Huis was ruim, netjes en van alles voorzien. Beatrix (verhuurster) was erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en hielp waar nodig. Zeker een aanrader.

Ondanks het sle hte weer, een zeer geslaagd verblijf

Een erg gastvrije eigenaar die snel reageert op berichten. Veel unformatie over dingen die in de omgeving te doen zijn in het huis aanwezig. Wij hebben een heel fijne vakantie samen met onze honden in dit huis gehad!!!

Ruim vakantiehuis met een complete inrichting

Het vakantiehuis is ruim met 4 slaapkamers en veel treetjes. Voor lange mensen wel steeds opletten, het plafond en deuropening op de bovenverdieping is plaatselijk vrij laag. Ligt tussen een doorgaande weg en de Alpaca boerderij met kippen en andere dieren. De woning is compleet ingericht met een mix van moderne en oudere elementen. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hergarten is een klein dorp dat goed bereikbaar is.

Ein Haus mit Charme und vielfältigen Möglichkeiten

Zusammen am großen Tisch Essen, gemütliche Abende auf dem Sofa, Spielerunden am runden Tisch im Wohnzimmer, Grillen und feiern im Hof, Tischtennis, vorbereitete Wanderungen, absolut unkomplizierte Übergabe des Hauses, alles war möglich. Die Vermieter ließen keine Wünsche offen.

Rustig dorp, prachtige omgeving, mooi huis en enorm fijne en flexibele gastvrouw. Zo was het geen probleem om de dag van vertrek nog gebruik te maken van de badkamer na de laatste fietsrit.

Eine tolle Woche in einer super Ferienwohnung!

Herzlicher, unkomplizierter Empfang. Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Mit gemütlichen Räumen und mehreren Schlafzimmern. Alle Räume supersauber! Tolle Betten, Waschmaschine, Trockner, eine Einbauküche mit allem Zubehör, viel Platz für alle Bewohner. Zwei Toiletten, genügend Handtücher für jeden Gast. Mehrere Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten auch im Außenbereich. Ein Parkplatz geschützt im Hof! Zusammengefasst... eine super Ferienwohnung, die für uns keine Wünsche offen ließ und die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden!!! Nochmal einen herzlichen Dank an die sympathische Vermieterin, die uns die Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt hat!

Lovely 4 bedroom property.

We stayed for 6 nights in this spacious 4 bedroom house. It was very clean and had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. We loved the outdoor eating and sitting area. The location was perfect. It was very rural and quiet and the cockerel next made sure that we didn't oversleep! There is no public transport in the village and so a car and/ or bikes are essential. There is secure parking in the courtyard. It is about 50 minutes drive from Cologne airport and there is an Aldi and Lidl supermarket about 15 minutes drive from the house. There is an outdoor swimming area nearby which is definitely worth a visit - with a toddler pool, a larger pool with a slide and a deeper pool with diving boards. Phantasialand theme park is about 30 mins away. Beatrix was a perfect host. She lives in the farmhouse next door and so is on hand if needed. Thank you for letting us stay. We had a brilliant holiday. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great base to expore Germany. Everything we needed was in the house

Lovely house with everything you need. Ping pong table in the court yard was great to keep the childdren amused. Fantastic base to expore germany. Beatrix and Frank are very friendly and suggested a great place monschau to visit. Hiembach outdoor pool is excellent for a day out with the children. We all had an enjoyable holiday. Danke

Wonderful!!

we stayed with Beatrix and Frank at the Fiereindhaus in july 2016. we are a group of friends that travel on holiday often but need accommodation that has ample living space, and we certainly got that!! The house had recently been refurbished and was spacious and bright. It was obvious that a lot of thought had gone into the facilities that they provided - even down to providing dish cleaning products, catering products such as foil and baking paper, even kitchen and toilet roll!! also included were bed linens, kitchen linen and sumptuous and plentiful towels. we travel on motorcycles and have very limited luggage space so this was a really great find for us! The outside courtyard again offered plenty of space with a relaxing area and an area that could be turned into a games room, we had much fun! Beatrix and Frank could not do enough to help is, and arranged a very reasonable breakfast basket for our arrival to save us having to shop on the evening of our arrival. They have their own chickens and the eggs are excellent! I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing base to explore the Hertegen region.
