Daytona Beach Oceanfront 1st floor

Direct Oceanfront Condo 1st floor at Daytona Beach Resort for easy, no-elevator access.
Fully furnished one bedroom with King bed, open concept into the kitchen and living room with sofa sleeper.
This Unit is located to the south side of the Resort, the pool deck in this area was damaged from previous hurricanes. The Resort is currently undergoing ongoing repairs, seawall restoration where you will have construction/noises.
While we provide a clean, comfortable stay with Pool/Gym/Fitness.

Conveniently located with a shopping plaza is right across the street. This one bedroom first floor condo directly located by the pool deck. It has an open floorplan with a bedroom/kitchen/living room. It is set up to accommodate up to 4 people. The bedroom has a king size bed with dresser and TV/Cable and two night stands. Bathroom with tub/shower and vanity. Kitchen fully equipped to make your meals, two bar stools, kitchen table with chairs, living room with a new full size sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress and TV/Cable.

Parking:
Free parking is available in the front of the building and the south lot (just south of the resort).
There is a limit 1 vehicle per Unit.
Please Note: Parking is first-come, first-served.
Please follow map posted in the lobby front door of the Resort. You will find the parking pass inside the condo. Please display the pass on your vehicle windshield. Only one parking pass per condo. You must return the parking pass inside the condo prior to check-out.

Construction Update:
Please be aware that there will be construction on site as the resort works on the seawall repairs. We appreciate your patience as we work to fully to restore the resort back.
We are here to provide you with a comfortable beach vacation. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

For Beach access you would need to exit from the front lobby, make a right and walk passed the parking garage, make a right and it is between the two buildings. Also you have water to wash off your beach items.

Closed Amenities: South side pool deck, south side pool, children pool, tiki bar, restaurant.

Easy self check-in with door keypad.

Best beach stay

I absolutely loved this place. The patio was awesome even with that pool being closed. We enjoyed the inside pool and beach. The host was wonderful with communication. The location was great! Close to shopping and restaurants.

Convenient Beach Stay

Overall this was a cute room, perfect for what we needed. We were attending Rockville and it was just a skip hop away. It was nice to wake up and drink our coffee with beach views and dip our feet in the cold water after a long day on our feet. It's sad to see the hurricane damage across Daytona and this place will be absolutely spectacular once repairs are finished. We did struggle initially finding the room, very well hidden, but once we did it was smooth sailing. The host was very responsive and even helped my husband retrieve an item he left after we checked out, but we were still in the area.

On the beach

Room was on the beach...difficult to park and getting back to car. We worked it out...but had to pay for an Uber when going out... to keep our space. Other than that space inside was beautiful. It is in front of the kiddy pool.

Well pleased

The room was just as described. It was very clean and easy to get to. The only thing that needs improved is a washer and dryer needs to be more convenient. We only had 4 sets of towels and washcloths so we were doing laundry every day that took a couple of hours or more depending upon how busy the laundry room was. When the pool area gets fixed it will be the perfect place.

Harassment

I was harrased by other patrons that were harrasing me at airport before I got to check in. Once they realized I was qt same place it didn't stop. So I left and went to another hotel. I wont ever stay in Daytona again

Also it appeared you actually never stayed in this location, or heard about anything from you. It seems you actually never stayed or checked in at this Resort. Everything was perfect

This property was more than we expected. Great location, great setup, ground floor, etc. We have booked for another week in August. Vita responded with any questions we had and even got us checked in earlier so that we could get things going with our week. Definitely will look fro this unit on our trips next year. Our new favorite place.

Perfect Location

The location of the condo is perfect. Open the sliding glass door and you are at the pool. Walk down a set of steps and you are at the beach. Plus the location of the shopping plaza across the street is another bonus.

clean, well maintained. STAFF WAS EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. The view was perfect; pool cleaned and even one for the kids; and the ocean and beach are gorgeous. we live at the beach in Jacksonville, and we can appreciate great ocean. We were close enough to the action but far enough to chillax. Perfect set up for two chicks plenty of room. very nice. good price and we would stay again. HOST was very communicative and open
