The gite "La Maison d'Auguste" charms immediately as soon as you walk in the front door: the combination of contemporary and old-fashioned style gives the whole a warm atmosphere! This family house built around 1873 by Auguste, Laurette's great-grandfather, has been renovated with passion to make it a holiday home with bright rooms and a very pleasant decoration. With its magnificent view of the surrounding countryside thanks to its dominant position, its ideal geographical location with Gramat and St Céré at 10kms (all shops and services), and Rocamadour and Padirac at 15kms, as well as the comfort made available to guests... "La Maison d'Auguste" has really everything to please! A real "coup de coeur"!House on cellar, with a few steps leading to a covered terrace then on the same level: fully equipped kitchen with built-in units and table and chairs; a living room with a dining area and a sitting area with sofa, armchair, flat screen TV; 3 bedrooms, 2 of which with 1 bed 140, and one bedroom with a bed 90; shower room with very large "Italian" type shower, basin and toilet. Electric heating. Enclosed land with trees and flowers of 2000m², covered terrace of 12m² with garden furniture. Beds made on arrival, sheets included.
