A very nice bungalow in a small complex in Costa Calma with an open kitchen, a dining area, spacious living room, 1 bedroom with double bed 2 x 90 cm large fitted wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90 cm and large fitted wardrobe, 1 bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, 1 bathroom with direct access from the large master bedroom with bath, 1 sink, toilet and washing machine. The bungalow has a large terrace and large garden with private car park. The bungalow is fully into a row walls and you only have access through a large gate. Ideal for children or pets can not run away in the garden and play skills.
It is a bit out of the center but is located near a small mini market and a few restaurants. It is 5 minutes walk to the center. There are walk about 8 minutes to stand.
It will be charged a one-time fee of 70 euros for final cleaning, which must be paid on arrival.

A very nice property situated a little way from the beach, but within walking distance.

We were a family of 3, all adults, so the accommodation suited us very well, as it had a double bedroom with an en suite and a single bedroom and separate bathroom. We hired a car, so were able to go to the local Spar supermarket and get groceries for some meals. The apartment is very well kitted out, but is perhaps not ideal for cooking meals, as there is only a small worktop oven/grill and a two ring hob (and no colander!). This is fine for breakfast etc., but not suitable if you don't want to eat dinner out every day. There is a bbq in the garden, but we couldn't find any coals to buy, so didn't use it. The internet is not very strong (the router has a sim card in it, so is not broadband), so we relied mainly on our own internet providers on our phones, but it did mean that the tablet we brought was not usable much of the time. Be prepared and download films or books before arrival if you'll need them - especially if there is a child in your party. There is TV at the property but all the channels were German, so we were unable to find anything watchable, being monolingual Brits. There is a very efficient washing machine in the bathroom and we managed to wash things we used (very handy when you travel hand luggage only!) It would have been good to have a booklet which told us what to do with rubbish and recycling as well as where things were in the apartment (I discovered the hair dryer on the last day!) The apartment looked newly refurbished and was clean. (Be aware that the service charge does not appear to cover cleaning, as we were asked to pay 70 euros 'up front' for cleaning, which we hadn't realised - this was stated in the booking confirmation, which was in German.) On the whole I would recommend the apartment and the location. However, you need to be aware that getting a car on the drive is a feat of some magnitude and without a car, you have a 20-25 minute walk to the beach across a busy road (so somewhat difficult for those with limited mobility). There are local bars and restaurants and the pizzeria in the El Palmera shopping centre is excellent, but closed Monday and Tuesday. The beach is fab and there are various water sports on offer, if that's your bag! As we spent the week after New Year in Fuertaventura the weather was a little variable, so it's as well to be prepared for that. We still came away with a tan!

Großzügiges, sauberes Chalet

Wir sind seit mehreren Jahren in diesem Chalet und hatten auch dieses Jahr einen super angenehmen aufenthalt. Die Absprachenund die Schlüsselübergabe haben prima geklappt (Danke Jessica). Das Chalets war sauber bei der Übernahme.

Fuerteventura, Costa Calma Apartment

Die Ferienwohnung war in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Terrasse und der kleine Garten sind von außen nicht einsehbar. Ein Auto ist notwendig. Typischer Urlaubsort aber mit einigen guten Restaurants. Es war ein schöner, problemloser Urlaub.

In dem Haus ist seit Jahren nichts mehr gemacht worden

Alles alt, kaputte Stuhlkissen, Gartenstühle und Sonnenschirm. Alles im Haus aus Stahl ist verrostet 🙈uns wurde erklärt: der Vermieter kümmert sich um nichts. Küchenschubladen dreckig und alles klebrig 🙈das Grundstück wird von sehr vielen Katzen als Klo benutzt und sieht dementsprechend aus. Positiv ist die ruhige Lage zu bewerten 👍

Das Ferienhaus ist uns aus vorherigen Jahren bekannt. Es ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man im Ferienalltag benötigt. WLAN steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Mittlerweile gibt es deutsches Sat-TV. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und das Haus bei Übergabe schön sauber. Wir kommen / buchen wieder!!!

Ruhig gelegener und sauberer Bungalow mit Waschmaschine, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eins mit Einzelbett und großem Wohnzimmer inklusive Einbauküche und Essplatz. Satelliten -TV mit u..a. allen deutschen Programmen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 1000m, und zum Einkaufen ca. 750m.

Traumhafter Urlaub an der Costa Calma

Das Objekt ist gut ausgestattet, hat eine große Terrasse, entspricht zu 100% den Beschreibungen und wurde in einem 1A Zustand, pico bello sauber übergeben. Die Schüsselübergabe lief angenehm unkompliziert und das, auf unseren Wunsch hin, früher als ursprünglich vereinbart. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit Jessica könnte besser nicht sein. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub an der Costa Calma.

Alles prima

Das Haus ist genauso, wie die Fotos es zeigen. Alles ist sauber und komfortabel. Es gibt überall Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Das WLAN funktioniert gut. Die nahe gelegene Straße hört man nicht. Besonders die Terrasse hat uns gefallen. Wir hatten schöne 3 Wochen in dem casita. Muchas gracias a Jessica

Weer geweldig

Voor de 2e keer, maar nu voor een langere tijd in de bungalow verbleven. Alles is weer zeer goed bevallen. Goed ingericht voor 3 volwassenen. Het heerlijke terras; bijna elke ochtend daar ontbeten en op mindere stranddagen toch lekker beschut in de zon kunnen zitten. Al met al: weer geweldig!!

Wij zijn zeer tevreden over ons verbijf in het nette, schone en comfortabele appartement. Er zijn 2 badkamers. Je kunt in bad gaan of onder de douche stappen. Het terras is geweldig. In- en uitchecken is flexibel indien er geen andere gasten zijn of komen natuurlijk. Als er een minpuntje is, dan is het dat het er 's avonds erg stil is. Voor vertier zal je dan naar Morro Jable moeten gaan. Een huurauto is dan noodzakelijk.

Geweldig verblijf

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze bungalow. Uitstekend geschikt en ingericht voor 3 volwassenen. Goede bedden, 2 badkamers, goed ingerichte keuken. Zelfs meer voorzieningen dan in de omschrijving, zoals een kluisje, wifi. strandhanddoeken. Omdat het zo goed vertoeven en ingericht is voor 3 volwassenen, hebben we een nog wel aanbeveling voor de verhuuurder: graag nog een 3e zonnebed voor buiten, dan is het helemaal perfect!

Ein wirklich schöner Bungalow, gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber, schöne Terrasse mit Grill und auch ein privater Parkplatz vor der Tür, was will man mehr, perfekt.
