A former farmhouse and family home built in 1871 and renovated in 2023, the cottage will charm you with its spacious rooms, refined decor, and comfort. You’ll appreciate the peace and quiet of this place while still being close to tourist attractions: Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Rocamadour, Figeac, Cajarc, and more. We welcome you year-round, whether in winter or summer. The entryway opens onto an open-concept living/dining room with a TV and fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom, and direct access to the terrace and its 4x8 heated pool (depth ranging from 1.50 m to 1.70 m), secured with a bar-style cover. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (one with a 160x200 bed and one with an 180x200 bed that can be converted into two 90x200 beds). Separate bathroom. On the second and top floor, there are 2 bedrooms—one with a 160x200 bed and another with 3 80x200 beds. All bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning. Wi-Fi access. On-site parking.
