Welcome to the Gite les Catios, a renovated family house in an old body belonging to the same family for 4 generations, and whose origins go back to the revolution...maybe even before ! In the heart of the Quercy Blanc region, on a large plot of land planted with trees and flowers, benefiting from a beautiful covered terrace from which you can enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. Sylvette and Jean Jacques have made this house a very comfortable place for a relaxing holiday. We like the large and bright living room with its contemporary kitchen and central island; we appreciate the comfort of the equipment provided for guests; and we love that the beds are made on arrival!A few steps lead to the covered terrace, then to the main room with dining room, sitting area and library, fitted kitchen with built-in units; 2 steps lead to a living room with sofas and flat screen TV; 2 bedrooms, one with a 2m bed and the other with a 160cm bed, and a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 90) and a cot; shower room with double washbasin, large Italian shower, towel warmer; separate wc with washbasin. Basement with washing machine and sink. Oil-fired central heating. Unfenced land of 1ha, barbecue plancha, garden furniture; covered carport.
