Recent single-storey house offering calm, space and comfort for a stay with family or friends. The style is resolutely contemporary with a few traditional notes, the flamboyant or neutral colors blend perfectly with the current materials. From the terrace, you can enjoy the swimming pool, the outdoor relaxation areas and dominate the landscape. The house is located close to the Lot valley and the Cahors vineyards, halfway between Cahors and the Dordogne.Gîte on one level comprising a large living room with fitted kitchen, sitting area, study and dining room, 3 bedrooms each with a 160x200 bed, a shower room, a laundry room, 2 wc. Outside: a large terrace with garden furniture, lounge, swimming pool 5x4 whose safety is ensured by a cover with bar - depth 1.1m, games for children, parking, open view.
