Les Genevriers is ideally located in a peaceful and relaxing area with no neighbors nearby. Ideal place to disconnect and recharge your batteries! In an environment surrounded by walnut and oak trees, feel free to walk around this large property and take full advantage of its new private pool (open from June to September). This family home has been passed down through generations, where the authenticity of the building and the furniture have kept the charm of the past. Not far from the village of Souillac, come and enjoy the mini-golf, the horse riding club, the water park Quercyland and even the Ecaussystème festival at the end of July. Numerous villages in the vicinity are to be discovered: Martel, Lacave, Gramat, Rocamadour where castles, gardens, caves and animal parks await you!On the ground floor : Entrance hall, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave...), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room with Italian shower and toilet. Upstairs : 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 140), bathroom with shower and WC, 2 mezzanines, one with an extra bed in 110 and a baby bed and the other with a relaxation area (sofa, table soccer). Electric heating and wood stove. Unfenced land of more than 3000m² with garden furniture, lounge, barbecue, deckchair and a private swimming pool 8x4 secured by a cover with bar.
