On the ground floor: Open-concept living room/kitchen: dining area and living room with TV, reversible air conditioning. 1 bedroom with 1 140-bed, shower room, and separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom (separated by a curtain at the top of the stairs) with four 90x190 beds (reversible air conditioning) and a private bathroom with a toilet. On the ground floor, a basement with a washing machine. Garden with a dining area and parking space. Sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and electricity (optional, billed based on metre reading). Reversible air conditioning is available in the dining area and in the upstairs bedroom.
