This rare find offers an experience with a little something for everyone. Featuring a private and relaxed setting with lots to offer. Our home has a large open concept ideal for family gatherings with an updated kitchen that has extra seating, and a formal dining area with a large buffet. This space is home to our smart hub which allows you to control the thermostat, wireless entry lock, and listen to your favorite tunes or watch videos.

The large open living room offers direct outdoor views with a 65" Sony Bravia Smart TV perfect for watching your favorite movie, cheering on your favorite team, or playing a game on the PS5. You can also chose to sit out on one of the two outdoor patios and relax as you view a game of soccer or volleyball in the expansive private yard or take a dip in the newly added swim spa, featuring a 6 person hot tub and exercise pool with an outdoor 65 inch TV in the back of the house.

The central spiral staircase leads to the second floor which has 2 bedrooms that include one full bed and one daybed with two twin beds. There is an additional full bath on the second floor with a tub and shower.

The loft above the garage features an ideal quiet space for work, meditation, or just time away from the main house. This space includes an executive desk and chair with an iMac and wireless printer, a 50 inch TV with cable, a queen size blow up bed for additional sleeping, a private deck with a bistro set to relax with a good read, enjoy a drink, or take in the beautiful views from the private 2.4 acre property. This space has a separate hearing and cooling zone to set at your desired temperature ( Please note this space does not include a separate bathroom).

Thanksgiving

The house is very beautiful. It was the perfect layout for our family. We hiked, sat in the hot tub, and even played volleyball after Thanksgiving turkey. Looking forward to renting it again.

Great space & phenomenal host

The home was better than advertised, with space and entertainment for our whole family. The hospitality was amazing with welcome treats and clear direction on how to use everything from the TV to the hot tub. The scenery was beautiful and really added to our enjoyment of the property.

Big house!

This house is very bright, spacious throughout and as pictured. It’s located in a beautiful area with many amenities. Andria, the host is friendly, flexible, and great to work with. The house was stocked with a basket of goodies, helpful information and lots of staples. A perfect place for a family get together.
