Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in the commune of Luçon, we offer you this charming 190 m² two-storey house with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 15 guests. It features a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and two bathrooms. You'll also enjoy a 1,350 m² garden! Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Semi-buried space:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 3, double bed downstairs (140×190), single bed upstairs (90×190))
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Laundry room
- Double garage
Ground floor/main part:
- 47 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- Open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 5: two bunk beds (sleeps 4 (90×190))
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
The accommodation also features a poolhouse (outbuilding with bar and kitchenette) by the pool.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private, heated swimming pool (8×4) secured by an external barrier, retractable dome and shutter. Opening dates are non-contractual, from April 20 to November 1.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 1,350 m².
- A 40 m² west-facing terrace with tables and chairs
- A 35 m² south-facing pool terrace with furniture for sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Luçon, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, it enjoys total privacy with no vis-à-vis. What's more, the electric gate equipped with a videophone ensures optimum security of access.
Nearby, you'll find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, bakery...
