My family and I had a fantastic time in Kauai! This property was perfect! It's very clean, spacious, air conditioned, and had all the amenities we needed. Scott, the host, was very responsive during our stay. From the moment we booked, Scott reached out to us with suggested activities, restaurants, beaches, etc., and also let us know to book things in advance since reservations fill up quickly.We visited a few weeks after hurricane Lowell, which closed state parks and required that we adjust plans. Scott was was a huge help in navigating our plan changes and letting us know what was open. We appreciated this help so much!!I highly recommend this property to families!!

The house was as pictured with comfortable beds and a great family room. The location was quiet and beautiful. We had everything in the kitchen we needed to prepare several meals. The beach chairs, surf boards and bikes were especially useful.

The house was very nice, spacious, in a very nice location, it had everything we needed, including beach umbrellas, beach chairs, reef shoes, and snorkeling and surfing equipment. The host responded immediately. The only negative was that this area of Princeville had almost nonexistent cell connection and Wi-Fi was not strong enough on the second floor of the house.

Amazing location for a family get away.

This place was amazing! Perfect location for my wife and I to get away wiyh our children and grandchildren to enjoy beatiful Kauia! Tons of space, beautiful neighborhood, and an amazing house complete with most evefything we needed for our trip! Have already shared information with friends wanting to do a similar family get away!

We loved our vacation in Kauai! This house was so perfect for our family of 10. Scott was great at communicating in a timely manner. There are lots of extras with the house that our kids and grandkids enjoyed....beach chairs, beach towels, surf boards, bikes, wagon, beach umbrella, snorkel equipment, and beach toys. It was well stocked. The kitchen is very well stocked and we were able to make some meals there. There is a very nice grill as well. If we ever return to Kauai, we would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway

We had a fantastic time at the property for our extended family gathering of 10 people. Property is exactly as advertised and in a beautiful neighborhood. Lots of beach gear to use, and we enjoyed the bikes supplied to explore the area as well.
