Committed fraud and false advertising

I rented this property under a listing of five bedrooms and three baths. There were in fact only four bedrooms. I contacted both the host and VRBO, and they are refusing to reimburse me for the difference. I have screenshots supporting all of these claims. Also, upon arrival only half of the beds were not made. Most of the sheets and towels were in the dryer or wash. One of the made beds had a dirty fitted sheet, and most of the trash cans did not have trash bags.
