Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all food you brought in.

Take all dirty kitchen, bath, and/or pool towels to the laundry room basket.
Don't worry about the beds!
Turn heat to 64 or air conditioning to 76.
Load and start the dishwasher.
Turn off all tvs, lights and fans.
Lock the door behind you.
Double check you packed everything you brought, including phone chargers and pillows (those are the most commonly left belongings!). There's a $10 charge plus shipping for us to return lost items.

Our family has been renting homes to full time tenants since 2004. When we started doing short-term rentals, we fell in love with it! With a degree in hospitality, we love providing a fun vacation spot for our guests to have relax, have some privacy, and create memories.
