As much as we liked the apartment and its position. Due to the defective lift, and my wife's health condition, the apartment was not suitable for our stay in Nancy.Forcing us to seek alternative accommodation for the next two nights.Therefore the two stars

Alles war wirklich toll; bis auf die Heizung. Wir haben, weil das Batteriewarnlicht blinkte, die Batterien ersetzt. Die Heizung haben wir nicht in Gang gebracht. Ich habe eine Petra@jathe.org diesbezüglich an Cocoonr geschickt, aber keine Antwort erhalten, wie wir evt das Thermostat einstellen sollten. Schade. Insgesamt sehr großzügige Wohnung, tolle Lage, schöne Zimmer!

L'excellent de Dumas "Een heel mooi appartement op loofafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden in de binnenstad. We zijn hier drie dagen geweest, meer dan voldoende om de stad te bekijken. Het appartement was heel schoon en netjes, prima bedden en goede douche. Wij verbleven hier met (jonge) kinderen, op zich goed te doen, maar omdat het allemaal zo mooi en netjes was (en een salon tafel van glas) vond ik het toch best spannend. Maar dat ging gelukkig goed. ;-) De piano die er stond was wel heel aantrekkelijk voor ze, maar doe zachtjes anders komt de onderbuurman klagen. Op 3 minuut lopen is eer bakker waar je een heerlijk ontbijtje kunt scoren. Voor koken is alles aanwezig. Enige wat we misten was een bezem om even de croissantkruimels onder de tafel weg te kunnen halen. ;-)"

L'excellent de Dumas "Wir waren zu viert drei Nächte in diesem schönen Apartment und können es weiterempfehlen. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind genauso schön, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, wie es die Fotos ahnen lassen. Das große Schlafzimmer mit dem großen Badezimmer auf der Ostseite ist ausgezeichnet. Es ist ruhig gelegen und das Bett ist herrlich bequem. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer auf der Westseite ist im Sommer sehr, sehr warm. Da es an der Straßenseite liegt hat man die Qual der Wahl: entweder relative Ruhe bei geschlossenen Fenstern und stickiger Luft oder durchgelüftet mit Straßenlärm. Als einen anderen kleinen Nachteil empfanden wir, dass nur eine Toilette zur Verfügung steht. Das Apartment, in einem Haus mit einem reizenden historischen Aufzug, ist ausgezeichnet gelegen. Zum Stanislas-Platz läuft man keine fünf Minuten. Ebenfalls in der Nähe ist eine Tiefgarage und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Kommunikation mit Cocoonnr war einwandfrei: schnell, sehr hilfsbereit und professionell."

L'excellent de Dumas Cet appartement, idéalement situé en plein cœur de Nancy, bénéficie d'une excellente disposition et d'un espace généreux, offrant ainsi un cadre de vie agréable. Cependant, plusieurs inconvénients majeurs ternissent le tableau. L'absence de climatisation oblige à dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, ce qui devient problématique à cause du bruit incessant provenant du restaurant en dessous, ouvert jusqu'à 2h30 du matin, rendant l'endormissement difficile. De plus, l'absence de volets roulants dans l'une des salles de bain compromet l'intimité, et nous avons dû nous doucher à l'eau froide faute d'eau chaude disponible dans tout l'appartement. Ces désagréments nuisent considérablement au confort global du séjour.
