Mountain biking n hiking 7 min drive distance to Jack Rabbit. 15miles from famous Helen; tubing and zip lines, rollercoaster. Open concept kitchen and living room with gas fire place, TV and deck wrapped all around with Bbq. Kitchen fully equipped w an ice machine, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, instant pot.
